Once you have created your wish list on takelot.com and you are ready to email it, kindly indicate on your email body the item description and quantity you want to order.
How long will my order take to get in Namibia?
When creating your wish list on takelot.com, look out for estimated delivery times provided by takelot.com per item.
Once we collect the order for the takelot.com warehouse, we need 2 - 3 days for clearance and transit to Windhoek, Namibia.
For distribution within Namibia, add an additional 1 - 2 days.
Can you deliver my package outside of Windhoek?
Yes we can. We deliver throughout Namibia.
How do I calculate the "size" of my package?
1. Volumetric weight calculation = length x width x height in centimeters divided (/) by 5000.
2. It is difficult to calculate the precise size of a box in advance as the way in which it is packaged plays a big roll. Just to give us a very rough idea, we add 2.5cm to the items actual size for packaging.
